  Add the remote MCP server https://mcp.scribetools.com/mcp and sign in with your ScribeTools account.

Zapier, n8n, Make and the API use an API key: create one under Settings → API keys (paid accounts). Each run uses pages from your account, one page per page processed, the same as in the app.

Starter workflows

• Folder in, Word or Excel out

  A new PDF in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder becomes an editable Word file or a spreadsheet of its tables, saved back to the folder.

• Email attachment to Google Sheets

  Invoices or statements that arrive by email have the fields you choose (number, date, total) added as a row in a sheet.

• Form upload to translation

  A document uploaded through a form is translated into English and emailed back with the original structure kept.

API

The REST API at https://api.scribetools.com/api/v1 creates jobs from uploads or public https links, reports progress, calls your callback URL when a job finishes, and returns results as files or, for text and JSON, inline.
