كُتِب هذا المصحفُ وضُبط على مايوافق روايةَ حفص بن سليمان
ابن المغيرة الأسدىّ الكُوفىّ لقراءة عاصم بن أبى النَّجود الكوفىّ
التابعىّ عن أبى عبدالرحمن عبدالله بن حَبيب السُّلمىّ عن عثمانَ بن
عفَّان وعلىّ بن أبى طالب وزيد بن ثابت وأبىّ بن كَعْب عن النبىِّ
صلى الله عليه وسلم .
وأُخِذَ هجاؤه مما رواه علماء الرسم عن المصاحف التى بعث
بها الخليفة الراشد عثمان بن عفَّان رضى الله عنه إلى البصرة والكوفة
والشام ومكة ، والمصحف الذى جعله لأهل المدينة ، والمصحف
الذى اختص به نفسه ، وعن المصاحف المنتسخة منها . وقد روعى
فى ذلك مانقله الشيخان أبو عمرو الدانى وأبوداود سليمان بن نجاح
مع ترجيح الثانى عند الاختلاف .
هذا وكل حرف من حروف هذا المصحف موافق لنظيره فى
المصاحف العثمانية الستة السابق ذكرها .
وأُخِذَت طريقةُ ضبطه مما قرره علماء الضبط على حسب ماورد
فى كتاب ((الطراز على ضبط الخراز)) للإِمام التَّنَسِىّ مع الأخذ
بعلامات الخليل بن أحمد وأتباعه من المشارقة ، بدلا من علامات
الأندلسيّين والمغاربة .

واتُّبِعَتْ فى عد آياته طريقة الكوفيين عن أبى عبدالرحمن عبدالله
ابن حبيب السُّلمِىِّ عن على بن أبى طالب رضى الله عنه على
حسب ماورد فى كتاب ((ناظمة الزُّهر)) للإمام الشاطبىّ ، وغيرها
من الكتب المدوّنة فى علم الفواصل ، وآى القران على طريقتهم
٦٢٣٦ آية .
وأُخِذَ بيانُ أوائل أجزائه الثلاثين وأحزابه الستين وأرباعها من
كتاب ((غيث النفع)) للعلامة السَّفَاقُسِيِّ. و ((ناظمة الزهر)) للإِمام
الشاطبىِّ وشرحها. و ((تحقيق البيان)) للشيخ محمد المتولى،
و((إرشاد القراء والكاتبين))، لأبى عيد رضوان المخلِّلاتى.
وأُخِذَ بيانُ مكّه ومدنيّه فى الجدول الملحق بآخر المصحف ،
من ((كتاب أبى القاسم عمر بن محمد بن عبد الكافى)) و ((كتب
القراءات والتفسير)) على خلاف فى بعضها .
وأُخِذَ بيان وقوفه وعلاماتها مما قررته اللجنة فى جلساتها التى
عقدتها لتحديد هذه الوقوف على حسب مااقتضته المعانى التى
ظهرت لها مسترشدة فى ذلك بأقوال الأئمة من المفسرين وعلماء
الوقف والابتداء .
وأُخِذَ بيان السجدات ومواضعها من كتب الفقه والحديث على
خلاف فى خمس منها لم نشر إليه فى هامش المصحف وهى
السجدة الثانية بسورة الحج والسجدات الواردة فى السور الآتية :

وأُخِذَ بيانُ مواضع السكتات عند حفص من ((الشاطبية))
وشراحها وتعرف كيفيتها بالتلقى من أفواه المشايخ .
﴿اصطلاحات الضبط﴾
وَضْع الصِّفر المستدير (٥) فوق حرفٍ عِلّة يدل على زيادة
ذلك الحرف فلا يُنْطِقُ به فى الوصل ولا فى الوقف ، نحو : يَثْلُوا
مُفًا. أُوْلَئِكَ. مِن نَبَإِى الْمُرْسَلِينَ. بَيْنَهَا بِأَنْيْدٍ .
ووضع الصِّفر المستطيل القائم (٥) فوق ألِف بعدها
متحرّك يدلُّ على زيادتها وصلا لاوقفا، نحو : أَنْخَيْرٌمِنْهُ. لَكِنَّأْ
هُوَاللَّهُ رَبِّ. وأهملت الألف التى بعدها ساكن، نحو: أَنَا
النَّذِيرُ. من وضع الصفر المستطيل فوقها وإن كان حكمها مثل
التى بعدها متحرك فى أنها تسقط وصلا وتثبت وقفا لعدم توهم
ثبوتها وصلا .
ووضع رأس خاء صغيرة (بدون نقطة) (*) فوق أى حرف
يدُلُّ على سكون ذلك الحرف وعلى أنه مُظْهَر بحيث يقْرَعه
اللسانُ ، نحو: مِنْ خَيْرٍ. وَيَنَْوْنَ عَنْهُ. قَدْسَمِعَ . أَوَعَظْتَ .
وَخُضْتُمْ .
وتعريَة الحرف من علامة السكون مع تشديد الحرفِ التالى
يُدُلُّ على إدغام الأوَّل فى الثانى إدغاماً كاملاً ، نحو : أُجِيبَت
دَعْوَتُكُمَا. يَلْهَثِ ذَلِكَ. وَقَالَتْ طَّابِفَةٌ. وَمَنْ يُكْرِهِهُنَّ.
وكذا قوله تعالى ((أَلَوْنَخْلُقُكُمْ)) على أرجح الوجهين فيه.

وتعريته مع عدم تشديد التالى يدُلُّ على إدغام الأول فى الثانى
إدغاما ناقصا نحو مَن يَقُولُ. مِن وَالٍ. فَرَّطْتُمْ. بَسَطِتَ. أو إخفائه عنده
فلا هو مظهر حتى يقرعه اللسان ولا هو مُدْغَم حتى يقلب من جنس
تاليه نحو مِن تَّحْنِهَا. مِن ثَمَرَةٍ. إِنَّرَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ .
ووضعُ ميم صغيرة (م) بدَلَ الحركة الثانية من المنوّن أو
فوقَ النون الساكنة بدَلَ السكون مع عدم تشديد الباء التالية يدُلُّ
على قلب التنوين أو النون ميماً، نحو: عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ. جَزَآءُ مِمَا
كَانُواْ. تُنْبَثًا .
وتركيب الحركتين : (ضمتين أو فتحتين أو كسرتين) هكذا :
٤ = =ِ يدُلُّ على إظهار التنوين، نحو: سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ. وَلَا شَرَابًا إِلَّا.
وَلِكُلِّ قَوْمِ هَادٍ.
وتتابُعُهما هكذا حُ كَ -ِ مع تشديد التالى يدُلَّ على الإِدغام
الكامل نحو : خُشُبٌ مُسَنَّدَةٌ. غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا. وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَيِذٍ
نَّاعِمَةٌ .
وتتابعُهما مع عدم التشديد يدُلُّ على الإِدغام الناقص نحو:
وُجُوهٌ يُؤْمَيِذٍ. رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ. أو الإِخفاء، نحو: يشِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ. سِرَاعَا ذَلِكَ.
بِأَيَدِى سَفَرَقِ كِرَامِمٍ . فتركيب الحركتين بمنزلة وضع السكون على الحرف .
وتتابعهما بمنزلة تَعْریته عنه .
والحروفُ الصغيرة تدل على أعيان الحروف المتروكة فى

المصاحف العُثْمانية مع وجوب النطق بها ، نحو : ذَلِكَ الْكِتَبُ.
يَلْوُونَ أَلْسِنَتَهُمِ. إِنَّ وَلِقِىَ اللَّهُ. إِلَفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ. وَكَذَلِكَ نُنجِى
الْمُؤْمِنِينَ.
وكان علماء الضبط يلحقون هذه الأحرف حمراء بقدر
حروف الكتابة الأصلية ولكن تعَسَّر ذلك فى المطابع فاكتفى
بتصغيرها فى الدلالة على المقصود .
وإذا كان الحرف المتروك له بدلٌ فى الكتابة الأصلية عُوِّل فى
النطق على الحرف الملْحَق لا على البدل، نحو: الصَّلَوةَ. الرِّبَوَأ .
الثَّوْرَيةِ. ونحو: وَاَللَّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْضُطُ. فِىِ الْخَلْقِ بَصْطَةً. فإن وضعت
السين تحت الصاد دلَّ على أن النُّطق بالصاد أشهر وذلك فى
لفظ : الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ.
ووضع هذه العلامة (-) فوق الحرف يدل على لزوم مدّه
مدّا زائدا على المدّ الأصلى الطبيعى، نحو: الّ. اُلْطَّمَّةُ. قُرُوْءٍ.
سِىَّ بِهِمْ. شُفَعَؤُا. تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلَّ اللّهُ. لَا يَسْتَحْيَ أَنْ يَضْرِبَ.
بِمَآ أَنَزَلَ . على تفصيل يعلم من فنّ التجويد . ولا تستعمل هذه
العلامة للدلالة على ألف محذوفة بعد ألف مكتوبة مثل آمنوا كما
وُضع غلطا فى كثير من المصاحف بل تكتب ءامنوا بهمزة وألف
بعدها .
والدائرة المحلاة التى فى جوفها رقم تدل بهيئتها على انتهاء

الآية وبرقمها على عدد تلك الآية فى السورة ، نحو : إِنَّآ
فَصَلّ لِرَبِّكَ وَأَنْحَرْ ﴾ إِنَّ شَانِتَكَ
أَعْطَيْنَكَ الْكَوْثَرَ !
ولا يجوز وضعها قبل الآية ألبتة فلذلك لا توجد
هُوَالأَبدَ﴾﴾
فى أوائل السُّوَر ، وتُوجد دائما فى أواخرها .

وأنصافها وأرباعها .
ووضعُ خطٍّ أُفقىّ فوق كلمة يدل على مُوجب السَّجدة .
أ ) بعد كلمة يدل على موضع
ووضع هذه العلامة (
السجدة نحو: وَلَّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَا فِ السَّمَوَتِ وَمَا فِى الْأَرْضِ مِن دَآبَةٍ وَالْمَلَبِكَةُ
وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ (٦)يَخَافُونَ رَهُمْ مِّنْ فَوْقِهِمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْ مَرُونَ ﴾

ووضع النقطة الخالية الوسط المُعَيَّنَة الشكل (٥ ) تحت
الراء فى قوله تعالى: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ مَجْرِئها . يدل على إمالة الفتحة
إلى الكسرة ، وإمالة الألف إلى الياء . وكان النُّقَّاط يضعونها دائرة
حمراء فلما تعسر ذلك فى المطابع عُدِل إلى الشكل المُعَيَّن .
ووضعُ النقطة المذكورة فوق آخر الميم قُبَيْل النون المشدّدة
من قوله تعالى : مَالَكَ لَا تَأْ مَنَّا عَلَى يُوسُفَ. يَدُل على الإِشمام
(وهو ضم الشفتين) كمن يريد النطق بضمة إشارة إلى أن الحركة
المحذوفة ضمة (من غير أن يظهر لذلك أثر فى النطق) .
