Staying in Mina "And remember Allah through the appointed days. COMMENTS · Shorten the 4-rak'at to 2 rak'at. · Do not combine prayers together. WARNING: The minimum stay in Mina should exceed most of the night. COMMENTS It is recommended that men have their right shoulders not covered by Ihram clothes. · It is recommended for men only to increase their speed only in the first 3 rounds. . "Our Lord! Grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the forment of the fire!" · If it is not possible, pray anywhere in the mosque while facing the Ka'bah. . PLACE: Madinah DATE: Any Time LOCATION: 450 km Northeast of Makkah TIME: No specific time REMEMBER THOUGH THE VISIT IS NEITHER OBLIGATORY NOR PART OF HAJJ AT ALL, IT IS CONFIRMED SUNNAH SEQUENCE Step 1 + Enter the Prophet's Mosque from the As-Salam gate. Step 2 + Pray 2 rak'at as a greeting to the mosque. Step 3 Go to the Prophet's grave quietly and respectfully. Step 4 · Make Salam to the Prophet (pubh) then his 2 companions, Abu-Bakr and 'Umar. · Leave the place and behave as if you are in other mosques. COMMENTS Always have the intention of visiting the mosque and not the grave or the Prophet himself. WARNING: It is Shirk to circle around the grave or to face it and direct du'a' to the Prophet.
